Dr. Utpala Das Saxena, is an academician by passion. Right from her childhood days, she grew up to be an aspiring teacher and hence achieved her dream career. She has over 14 years of teaching experience in various educational setups and has served the needs of quality education in Mumbai with various Engineering and Management colleges. She has accomplished her PhD in Management from Nagpur University and her post-graduation in HR management and in English Literature from Ranchi University, Jharkhand.

Dr. Utpala has expertise in Business Communication and has trained learners from corporate, educational institutions, and participants of various beauty pageants in Mumbai. She has also published several research papers of national and international repute and a book on business communication, named Communication Skills for Budding Managers.

Dr. Kulbir Kaur Bhatti, is an Assistant Professor (Digital Marketing) at the School of Leadership and Management, MRIRS. Dr. Kulbir has 12 years of work experience in Teaching, Research, Administrative duties, Coordination in Academic Affairs & Admissions, Managing Alumni Cell, College Magazine, Social Outreach, Sports Committee and Soft Skills. She has worked on digital marketing projects for industries.

She believes that the young generation is the root of our society; they have to be taken care of for a better tomorrow, engaging with them from the grassroots level, enhancing teamwork and coordination. She has completed her PhD in Green Marketing and is a PMA-D level certified Project Manager. She is also a certified Digital Marketer.
