Dr. Miltan Kumar Acharjee, graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration having specialization with Marketing at Tripura University (A Central University), the author did his Master of Business Administration with Finance and Marketing at Satyabama University, Chennai, MA. Political Science, Swami Vivekananda Subharti University, Uttar Pradesh, M.Com from IGNOU. The author has successfully completed his Ph.D from National Institute of Technology, Agartala, in the field of Humanities & Social Science. He has contributed a number of research papers in national and international seminars, journals and edited volume. He is life member of Economic Science Society of Tripura (ESSOT), member of Non Government organization “Mankind Awareness Platrform”

Dr. Acharjee started his academic career as an Assistant Professor and HOD in the Department of Management of Bhavan’s Tripura College of Science and Technology affiliated to Tripura University a Central University. He has also worked as Guest faculty in the Management Department of Tripura University, Society for Entrepreneurship Development (SOFED) School of Management at National Institute of Technology, Agartala etc. He has also worked as Planning and Teacher Training Coordinator of District Education office, Dhalai District, Government of Tripura for almost 8.5 years. He has vast administrative experience for academic administration in the Department of School Education under Government of Tripura. Presently he Served as an Assistant Professor, Department of Political Science, Tripura Government Law College, Agartala, Tripura since 29.11.2022 to till date.

He has credit to publish many ISSN journals for Scopus and UGC care at National and International level and paper presentation in various seminar/ conference at International and National level and paper presentations in various seminar / FDPs, workshops etc. Dr. Acharjee has many ISBN publications of conference proceedings and chapter contribution. He has the “Principal Investigator” and “Co-Principal Investigator” and has invited several times as a “Resource Person” in various Educational Institutions.

Lavanya, is an aspiring author and a Postgraduate. Born and raised in Delhi, her love for literature blossomed through her high school years, where she found solace and inspiration in the works of classic and contemporary authors. She holds a graduation degree in English Literature from the University of Delhi and a master's degree from B.R Ambedkar University, Delhi.

Dr. Salim Khan, has been teaching recently in IMS Law College as an Associate Professor in Law Department. The author has the education qualifications as M. A. in English, LL.M. in Criminal Law and qualified UGC NET in Law and has been awarded LL.D. in 2023 by CCS University Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Having more than 10 years of experience in the sphere of Law the author has published 12 Articles in National and International journals. Being as a Convener of Moot Court Society IMS Law College has conducted many workshops relating to Moot Court, Intra-trial and has been awarded the best teacher award for in the year 2022 for his best teaching skills. Khushboo, qualified NET in Sociology, Masters in Tourism Management, Masters in Sociology, MPhil sociology, University gold medallist, PhD submitted in sociology from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar Central university, Lucknow. Awarded Doctoral fellowship from ICSSR.Have 5 years of experience in public relations and 2 years in teaching in a law college. Published several papers in Refreed journals, presented in international and national seminars.Awarded young researcher .Published several chapters in edited books, have 2 patents under her name.Editor of several books.

Prof. N.L Mishra, has completed his graduation, -P.G. and M. Phil (Psychology) from Gorakhpur University Gorakhpur and completed his Ph.D. (Psychology) from Bhopal University in 1990. Prof. Mishra has completed his all Degrees Under the age of 25. He has done. Work in several projects including MIC gas exposure in Bhopal. Prof. Mishra has worked as Lecturer in Psychology D-A-V. P-G college (B.H.U.) Varanasi since 1990 to 1992. Further he has Joined Mahatma Gandhi Chitrakoot Gramodaya University as a Lecturer in Behavioural science. At Present Prof Mishra is a Professor in Behavioural science and He is working as a Dean, Faculty of Arts. inspite these responsibilities, he has worked as Director, Institute of Distance and continuing Education, Director, Directorate of Research in M.G. Gramodaya university. He has written more than 30 books, published one hundred twenty fine research papers in National and International Journals including Scopus. His interest areas are research methodology and Applied Psychology. Dr Mishra is engaged in teaching Human Resources Management and Organizational Behaviour in U. G. and M.B.A classes. He has obtained several National and. International Awards.
