He is rendering consultancy services in Drafting & Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, Design of Performance Management Systems, Drafting HR policies, Competency Mapping, Implementation of Quality Circles, arriving at Management Policies, Market Research, Advertising and Branding for varied industries out of which a major contribution is for the RMG Industry. Dr. Gangadhar G Hugar, PhD in Management from Dravidian University, Kuppam, Andhra Pradesh, M.Phil in Management from Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, MBA – Newport University, California – South Asia Chapter, Bangalore, MBA - Alagappa University, Karaikudi, Tamil Nadu, M.Com in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, PG Diploma in Marketing Management from KSOU, Mysore.

Dr Gangadhar G Hugar is Presently working as a Director of Department of Management Studies at Laxmi Institute of Management, LVS Campus, Sarigam, Valsad, Gujarat.

Formerly he was Director & Dean of Commerce & Management, Uka Tarsadia University, Bardoli. He has also served in various reputed B-Schools / Institutions in Karnataka, Maharashtra & Gujarat.

He has been in Teaching & Administration Profession from last 26 years in Management Education Field as Lecturer, Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, Academic Co-odinator, Joint Director, Controller of Examinations, In charge Director, Director & Dean in different Institutions / Universities. He has written several National & International Research Papers, Articles and attended various National and International Conferences, Seminars, Workshops and also Member of various Management Associations. He has also taken part in various summits as Panel Speaker in the field of Management Education. Mr. Sandeepan Saha, is currently working as Assistant Professor for the Department of Civil Engineering of Greater Kolkata College of Engineering and Management, JIS Group. He has completed his B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (formerly known as West Bengal University of Technology), India, M.E. in Civil Engineering with specialization in Soil Mechanics and Foundation Engineering from Jadavpur University, India, Master of Construction Management from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand, and MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Jain University, India.

Currently he is pursuing PhD in Engineering from the Department of Civil Engineering of Jadavpur University, India.

He has published more than 15 numbers of research papers in journals of International Repute. He has also patented several innovations. Mr. Sandeepan Saha is also a Project Management Professional (PMP) accredited from PMI-USA, and a Lead Auditor for ISO 45001: 2018 and ISO 9001:2015, followed by Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma. He is also a member of Indian Geotechnical Society, Indian Ceramic Society and Project Management Institute (PMI) of the United States of America.

Dr. Vinod Malap, currently serves as the Deputy Registrar - HR at NMIMS and the In-Charge Joint Director - HR at SVKM. He holds a B.Com. and M.Com. from the University of Mumbai, an MBA in HR from Madurai Kamaraj University, Tamil Nadu, and a Ph.D. in Management (HR) from Jaipur National University, Rajasthan, completed in 2022. Additionally, he completed a Faculty Development Program at IIM Ahmedabad in 2021.

With over 22 years of experience in HR, academics, administration, and research, Dr. Malap has made significant contributions across various institutions. He has authored seven research publications, including five international and two national papers. His dedication to excellence was recognized with the Best Staff Award from NMIMS in 2022. Furthermore, Dr. Malap received the Outstanding Achievement Award in Human Resource and Academic Leadership from ICER, Philippines, on May 20, 2024.

Most recently, he was honored with the "Prof. Y. K. Bhushan Most Influential Professor" citation at the 13th Edition of the World Education Congress Awards on July 11, 2024.
