About The Authors

Dr. Saloni Chinmay Desai, is an experienced Associate Professor (Operations & HR Management) with a demonstrated history of working in educational field at Bharti Vidyapeeth Institute of Management Studies & Research CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai.

She is Skilled in Lecturing, Counselling, Administration, Mentoring Management. Strong education professional with Ph. D. in Management. Her qualification is MMS – Operations Management Mumbai University. MBA-HR from ITM B School, Diploma in Personnel Management from Welingkars B School & Diploma in Computer Software from RVTI, Mumbai, Govt. of India. She has total 27 years of experience (15 years of Industrial experience & 12 years in Academics – MMS Course of Mumbai University).

She has several publication to her credit & written more than 25 Research Papers in national & international journals of repute. She has also participated in more than 20 national & international conferences, seminars, workshops, FDP etc. She has been awarded Best research paper awards at National & International conferences at various colleges.

From last 12 years she has consistently achieved remarkable milestones, demonstrating her exceptional track record and gathering recognition for her accomplishments. Her Search areas are Manufacturing, Production & SCM, and Operations Management. She has conducted many workshops for Disaster Preparedness & Awareness for Ph.D. & Post graduate Students & local Community.

Dr. Aparna Lalitkumar Patil, Ph.D. -Management, MBA -Finance, B. Tech -Polymers, PGD -Operations Management, is currently working as an Assistant Professor in Parle Tilak Vidyalaya Association's Institute of Management (PTVAIM), Vile Parle (East). She has more than 13 years of teaching experience at PG level. She has published more than 30 articles in National and International Journals and also attended many National and International conferences, seminars and workshops. She is a recipient of many prestigious awards. She is a member of professional & academic bodies. Her field of specialization is Finance & Operations.

Dr. Lalitkumar Premchandra Patil, Ph.D. -Management, MBA -Marketing, BE -Mechanical, UGC-NET -Management, PGD -Operations Management, is currently working as an Associate Professor in VIVA Institute of Management & Research, Virar (East). He has more than 15 years of teaching experience at PG level. He has published more than 30 articles in National and International Journals and also attended many National and International conferences, seminars and workshops. He is a member of many professional and academic bodies. He is invited as an eminent speaker in many colleges. He is a recipient of many prestigious awards. His field of specialization is Marketing & Operations.

Dr. Priyanka Daya Choudhary, is currently holding the position of an Assistant Professor at Pacific Institute of Business Studies, PAHER University in Udaipur (Rajasthan).She is a distinguished academician with a Ph.D. in Management. Her educational background includes Masters in Business Administration and in Human Resource Management (MHRM) along with a Diploma in Labour Law (DLL) from Udaipur. With a wealth of experience exceeding 15 years in various academic institutions; Dr. Choudhary has showcased her expertise by attending and presenting articles and research papers in numerous national and international seminars and conferences. Her research papers and articles have been published in esteemed National and International Journals. She also has a book to her credit. Her extensive knowledge and commitment to academic excellence make her a valuable asset to the academic community.

Dr. Ranjeeta Madhwani, is an accomplished educator in the field of commerce and management. Currently she is a member of visiting faculty at Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur. Prior to joining JNVU she taught in many academic institutions in Udaipur and Alwar. Dr. Ranjeeta holds Ph.D. degree in Management. She completed her masters degree in Internatinal Business and also completed post graduate diploma in marketing management to advance her understanding of the subject. She qualified UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for assistant professor in both Commerce and Management. She has presented and published numerous articles and research papers.

On personal front she is religious, loves swimming and reading books.
